Case Solvers’ vision is to train problem solvers and deliver talents worldwide. Our mission is to educate motivated people for problem solving and to provide a platform where they can meet professionals. Our registered users (“Members”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, view relevant content, and find business and career opportunities. Content on some of our services is also visible to unregistered viewers (“Visitors”). We believe that our services allow our Members to compete effectively and achieve their full career potential.

We protect your personal information and will only provide it to third parties: (1) with your consent; (2) when it is necessary to carry out your instructions; (3) as a reasonable necessity to provide our features and functions to you; (4) when we reasonably believe it is required by law or other legal processes.

Case Solvers is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. With the following Privacy Policy, we would like to inform our Members about the handling of their personal data in detail. Personal data refers to all particulars of your personal and professional circumstances. In case you register on the Case Solvers website, we need some personal data before you can use our services. We expressly ask you for your permission to process these separately obtained data.

Regulations for the treatment of data contained by our “Terms & conditions” are supplemented by this Privacy Policy by explaining the type, extent and purpose of data use to the users and informing them about their rights.

We use personal data to inform you in e-mails and to provide other services. We will only use the addresses to send news about Case Solvers and about open job positions from our partners. We will not pass your data to any third parties without your permission.

Case Solvers requires the personal data of the user solely for justification, execution and the processing of the contract on the platform.

You agree that the information you provided during the registration and signup processes could be used for service development purposes. We do not pass your data to any third parties without your permission.

2.1.     Case Solvers Newsletter

The e-mail address you provided may be used to send you information and updates about Case Solvers’ activities and our partners’ open positions. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed instructions to do so at the bottom of each and every letter.

2.2.     Sharing information with affiliates

We may share your personal information with our affiliates (entities controlled by or contracted with Case Solvers). We combine information internally across different Services. For example: based on your training performance, we might recommend some of our partners’ open positions to you.

2.3.     Sharing information with third parties

We do not rent or sell personal information that you have not posted on our Services, expect for as described in this Privacy Policy. We will not pass your data to any third parties without your permission.

2.4.     Case Solvers referrals

We offer customized referral services to our partners as part of our HR Solutions. These services are fully controlled by Case Solvers and we do not make any referrals to our partners without your written or verbal approval. After this approval, Case Solvers has no influence on the recruitment process and does not take responsibility for the results of it.

2.5.     Országos Középiskolai Problémamegoldó Verseny

The personal data collected through the Országos Középiskolai Problémamegoldó Verseny will solely be used for the purpose that the visitor provided them for (or what was evident from the circumstances of the data collection). Our competitions are open to the press, the pictures, audio and video files recorded during the competition could/will later be used for marketing purposes.

2.6.     Spartacus – Case-Based Skill Assessment

We do not require further personal data, and your results will be used to provide training and job opportunities for you, which are suited to you based on your performance. We may use these results for our papers and studies.

2.7.     Év Esetoldója Liga webpage

If you participate at a case competition in Hungary, we may use your name, the university and the Linkedin profile with your profile picture for to display your achievments.


You have the right to (1) access or correct your personal information and to (2) close your account.

We retain the personal information you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you services. We may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements or enforce this Privacy Policy. Our Customer Service may retain information for as long as it is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only, but we generally delete or de-personalize closed account data.


We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will post those changes on this page. If you agree to the changes, simply continue using our Services. If you object to any of the changes in our terms and you no longer wish to use our Services, you may close your account. Using our Services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on our Services shall constitute consent to the changed terms or practices.
