Case Solvers’ vision is to train problem solvers and deliver talents worldwide. Our mission is to educate motivated people for problem solving and to provide a platform where they can meet professionals. Our registered users (“Members”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, view relevant content, and find business and career opportunities. Content on some of our services is also visible to unregistered viewers (“Visitors”). We believe that our services allow our Members to compete effectively and achieve their full career potential.
To use the service, you agree that (1) you are the „Minimum Age” or older when needed (defined below), (2) you will only have one account on our website, and (3) you are not already restricted from using the Services of Case-Solvers.com.
There is no age limit to register to our website and to use our Services in general. However, there might be a “Minimum Age” for participating at certain events. May it be so, that “Minimum Age” will be available and well emphasized in the description of the event. Otherwise, there is no age limit.
Your account only belongs to you. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
If you purchase any of our paid Services (e.g. trainings with a participation fee), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. If you fail to pay these fees, you may not use our Services (e.g. you may not participate in the training). Also:
By subscribing for an event of ours, you agree that you will receive information regarding that event via e-mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date, otherwise you will not have an access to the exact details of the event.
You agree that your profile information will be truthful.
We may change the details (e.g. date, location) of any event if we consider it necessary. In such a case, if you have already paid the participation fee you will be entitled to a refund if the new details do not work for you. If this happens, you should let us now via e-mail. If you can still come to the event with its new parameters, you do not have to do anything different than from what you had done or would have had done with the original details (e.g. pay the participation fee if you have not paid it before, or do nothing if you already have).
We might cancel any of our events any time. If this happens, you will be entitled to a refund if you have already paid the participation fee for the event. This will happen automatically without you having to make any further steps to receive your refund.
Case Solvers reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, to restrict, suspend, or close your account if it believes that you may be in breach of its policies or law or are misusing the Services.
Case Solvers reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Services. For example, logos and other trademarks, service marks and graphics used in connection with Case Solvers are trademarks or registered trademarks of Case Solvers. Other trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
To the extent allowed under law, Case Solvers (and those that Case Solvers works with to provide the Services) (a) disclaim all implied warranties and representations; (b) do not guarantee that the Services will function without interruption or errors, and (c) provide the Service (including content and information) on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so some or all of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted under law – and unless Case Solvers has entered into a separate written agreement that supersedes this agreement –, Case Solvers (and those that Case Solvers works with to provide the services) shall not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, profits or revenues related to its Services.
We may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will post those changes on this page. If you agree to the changes, simply continue using our Services. If you object to any of the changes in our terms and you no longer wish to use our Services, you may close your account. Using our Services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on our Services shall constitute consent to the changed terms or practices.
